Hochlander project was created to accompany the launch of a new brand of cheese on the Polish market that took place in December 2009. Hochland Polska introduced its new Hochlander brand in two varieties: blocks and slices. Hochlander cheese offers truly innovative range of tastes: its naturally maturing cheese brands come with pepper, chilli pepper, and wood garlic.
Our task was to design and implement consumer service for the potential brand’s clients as well as to plan and organise online information campaign by means of search engines’ marketing. The aim was to introduce the users into the cheeseland of Hochlander – the brand produced with an especial attention to quality.
methods
Consumer website provides hochlander.pl provides thorough knowledge on the products of Hochlander brand and their nutritive value. Hochlander cheeseland we have built was based on the existing visual identity of the brand. It evokes pastoral, natural landscape. The site allows the users to get acknowledged not only with the entire production process but also with a TV spot.M
To build a long-term relationship with the consumers, we used the entertaining section of the website. It enables the visitors to take part in a quiz on the cheese production process and send a cheese e-card.
Communication activities related to the website entail continuous positioning of the page in the search engines.
results
Hochlander is a novelty on the Polish market. We are proud to be the authors of the first on-line activities of the brand. Coming months shall prove if the solutions chosen have been popular with the consumers.
What is certain however, is that the Hochlander cheeseland gave us a healthy appetite.
